Sometimes you just need a little help

Do I need to sign up for a 5iQ Subscription for a certain period?

5iQ is offered on a monthly basis under the SaaS model (Software as a Service) however we also offer annual plans which work out to be less expensive over a 12-month period.

Can I upgrade my subscription plan?

Yes! Plans can be upgraded at any time using the option within your account in 5iQ.

Can I upgrade my number of users later on?

Yes! You may add extra users at any time within your 5iQ account. You can find it under Settings > User's.

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we’ll be very sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription any time you like from the billing setup page. From the moment of the cancellation request you won’t be charged for your subscription for the next billing cycle.
