How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you 14 days to test 5iQ out and get a feel for how it works. It’s very simple to sign up for a trial, and no credit card is required. In the trial you can either use the demo data we provide or upload your own data that will roll over to your account once you sign up with 5iQ.
Can I extend my trial period?
Sure if you’ve run out of time or simply need more time let us know and we’ll extend your trial otherwise you will automatically be forwarded to the plan subscription page, from there select the plan that suits and continue to enter your billing information. Your account will reactivate immediately.
Do I need to sign up for a 5iQ subscription for a certain period?
5iQ is offered on a monthly basis under the SaaS model (Software as a Service) however we also offer annual plans which work out to be less expensive over a 12 month period.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan?
Yes! Plans can be upgraded at any time using the option within your account in 5iQ.

Can I upgrade my number of Users later on?
Yes! You may add extra users at any time within your 5iQ account. You can find it under Settings > User's.
How do I cancel my subscription?
While we’ll be very sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription any time you like from the billing setup page. From the moment of the cancellation request you won’t be charged for your subscription for the next billing cycle.
Do I need to download any software?
Not at all, 5iQ Workshop Software is 100% cloud based and runs on most browers, no downloading of clunky old server based workshop software. 5iQ works on both PC's and Macs.
How can I be sure my data is secure?
5iQ is a managed service that is hosted in an Enterprise level data centre that uses industry best practices for security, backups and redundancy and guarantees 96% uptime and data integrity. We value your security and demand the best performance that is available by utilising high-end hardware and servers to house your data.

How do I report an issue or submit an inquiry?
Login into Support and then submit a ticket here. If you are sending attachments or screenshots attach them to the ticket.
What should I include when submitting a ticket?
To prevent delay in our response, we suggest that you include the following: Subject line - Place the issue in here If applicable include a screenshot of the error, plus the text of the error message. Include the detailed steps on how this issue can be replicated.
